Can I upgrade my plan mid-year?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the admin portal. You’ll only pay the difference for the remaining period of your subscription.
What counts as an “event”?
An event is a single, dated instance (e.g. “London Motor Show 2026”). Multiple days within the same event count as one. Each separate event (e.g. two different conferences) counts individually.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free demo and onboarding call to get you set up. Book a demo and we’ll walk you through the platform before you commit.
Do attendees pay anything?
No. Attendees download and use the ExpoSocial app for free. You, as the organiser, pay the platform fee. Attendees enjoy the full experience at no cost.
Can I run events for different brands on one account?
Yes. All plans support one brand by default. If you need multiple brands (e.g. two separate companies or event series), contact us for a multi-brand quote.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and you’ll receive an invoice by email immediately after checkout.
