We're a small charity. Is this within budget?

Yes. The Starter plan is £250 a year for one event up to 100 attendees. Growth is £600 a year for up to three events and 500 attendees, with custom branding and AI matchmaking included. For most non-profits, that is a fraction of what is currently spent on event tech and post-event reporting combined.

Do our supporters have to pay for the app?

Accepted Answer

No. Attendees download and use the app for free. You pay one organiser subscription, your community gets the full experience at no cost to them.

We don't have a dedicated tech person. Can we manage this ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The self-serve organiser portal is built for non-technical users. Your free onboarding call walks you through setup, and the platform is designed to be run by a programme manager alongside everything else they handle.

Will sponsors and funders see real engagement data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the Professional plan upward, advanced analytics and reporting show attendee numbers, engagement, session participation and more. Ready evidence for board reports, sponsor decks and funder updates.

Question 5

Can we keep our brand and our cause front and centre?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom branding is included from the Growth plan upward. Your logo, colours and beneficiary stories appear throughout the app. Supporters open it and see your mission, not ours.
