Accepted Answer

The Growth plan covers up to three events per year with 500 attendees per event. The Professional plan covers up to ten events per year with 1,000 attendees. Both include AI matchmaking, custom branding and the engagement features your sponsors will want to see. For bigger events or larger volume, contact us for an enterprise quote.

Will sponsors get the visibility and reporting they need?

Yes. From the Growth plan upward, sponsors get dedicated showcase profiles. From the Professional plan, you also get advanced analytics and reporting on engagement, session participation and attendee behaviour. The metrics that go straight into your sponsor renewal deck.

Can the app match our brand exactly? Editorial standards matter to us.

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom branding is included from the Growth plan. Your colours, logo and sponsor placements, all configured by your team in the self-serve organiser portal. Attendees open the app and see your brand, not ours.

Do attendees pay for the app?

Accepted Answer

No. The app is free for attendees. You pay one organiser subscription, your delegates download and use it at no cost.

How fast can we go live? Our event calendar is locked.

Accepted Answer

Most teams set up the platform and run their first event within a week. The self-serve organiser portal handles speakers, agenda, branding and attendee imports. Your free onboarding call walks you through it.
