We run several events a year. Which plan fits?

Accepted Answer

The Growth plan covers up to three events and 500 attendees per event for £600/year. The Professional plan covers up to ten events and 1,000 attendees per event for £1,250/year. Both include AI matchmaking and custom branding. Larger volume or bigger events, contact us for an enterprise quote.

Do attendees have to pay for the app?

Accepted Answer

No. Attendees download and use the app for free. You pay one organiser subscription, your delegates get the full experience at no cost.

How fast can we go live for our next event?

Accepted Answer

Most teams set up the platform and run their first event within a week. The self-serve organiser portal handles speakers, agenda, branding and attendee imports. Your free onboarding call walks you through it.

Will sponsors get the visibility and reporting they need?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the Growth plan upward, sponsors get dedicated showcase profiles. From the Professional plan, you also get advanced analytics and reporting on engagement, session participation and attendee data. The metrics that go straight into your sponsor renewal deck.

Question 5

Can the app match our event brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom branding is included from the Growth plan. Your colours, logo, sponsor placements, all configured in the self-serve organiser portal. Attendees open the app and see your event, not ours.
